Our farm is specialized in the production of dessert wines and, in limited edition, also other wines of local tradition, both red and white.
We are among the few producers left in Italy of the Vernaccia di Cannara DOC (see chart) , a sweet wine with intense aromas of red fruit and red berries. The sweetness is perfectly balanced in tannins and acidity which are typical of the rare grape Cornetta from which is produced .
Our sixty year old vines also produce a great White Passito (see chart), made from native varieties such as Trebbiano, Grechetto, Malvasia Toscana and Lazio.The same grapes are used to produce our Vinsanto (see chart).
