Description: Fine wine made from grapes harvested by hand of typical local varieties (Ciliegiolo, Montepulciano and Merlot). The vines are located at an altitude of about 340 meters on Collemancio hills in Umbria and have an age of about 80 years and an annual production of less than 40 quintals per hectare. The wine, in order to preserve the fruitiness, does not undergo maturation in wood, but only in steel. A wine with ancient taste, not barricaded, which enhances the full flavor of the fruit.

Aging: in stainless steel vats for 12 months

Tasting: Bright ruby red color, with aromas of cherry, currant, blackberry and spicy notes; the taste is aromatic, fresh, large, with light and enveloping tannins. The aftertaste is long and fruity.
Tasting Temperature: room temperature (18-20 °)
Serving Suggestions: traditionally accompanies the typical Umbrian Easter cheese bread with new charcuterie; great with cheese, pastries, panettone, the Easter Colomba, ice cream, nougat and desserts. Incredible combination with traditional Umbrian sweets, such as the Rocciata, the Brustengolo, Ciaramicola, Torcolo of San Costanzo. Surprising with chocolate.
