The winery Colle di Rocco is specialized in the production of dessert wines and Vernaccia di Cannara.
The winery was born to promote a local wine of ancient tradition (over a thousand years history): the Vernaccia di Cannara, now produced by only by a few wineries. The intention is to safeguard the production through the replanting of native vines, studying appropriate cellar tecniques, with the blend of ancient and modern reinterpretations.
The winery also has a beautiful winetasting room where visitors can taste this sweet wine, now almost impossible to find, along with the other dessert wines and other wines produced by us.
