Take part in this unique experience. Our staff will take you on a journey through the culinary culture of Umbria learning all the secrets of grape processing and guiding you through the wine-tasting experience. All winetasting sessions take place from 15:00 to 18:00 and must be booked in advance.

Gourmet Winetasting 35 euros per Person (minimum 4 people) :
Tasting of Extra virgin olive oil, local cheeses accompanied by honey, sauces and jams, local salami, fresh bread , bruschetta (including bruschetta with the famous Cannara onion ), paired with six wines:
